Euticals S.p.A. has its own Research & Development Laboratory which has established methodologies to manufacture fine chemicals, and to develop semi-industrial and/or industrial processes, all of which can also be researched/developed on behalf of third parties. As a result of the work of this Development Unit, a number of international process patents have been granted to the Company.

>> Pilot Plant

A pilot plant with glass lined and stainless steel reactors from 50 to 3.000 liters is available for scale up and custom synthesis.

>> Environment compliance

The plant is equipped with an air burner oven (which is also approved for the chlorinated solvents treatment), air scrubbers, biological waste water treatment and all other necessary technical means to prevent water and air pollution. It meets the latest European requirements for environmental safety.
